1. Service Agreement: These terms and conditions govern the provision of Kleansage cleaning services. By engaging our services, you agree to adhere to these terms.
2. Scope of Services: We offer comprehensive and professional cleaning services tailored to your specific needs. This includes but is not limited to general cleaning, janitorial services, floor care, and disinfection.
3. Service Schedule: Cleaning schedules will be mutually agreed upon and communicated in advance. Changes to the schedule must be communicated via our phone number or email at least 5 days prior to the scheduled service.
4. Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered is due before receiving the invoice unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide Kleansage with at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of cleaning appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
6. Access to Premises: Clients agree to provide Kleansage with access to the premises during the scheduled cleaning times. Any changes in access or security protocols must be promptly communicated.
7. Liability: While Kleansage takes utmost care during cleaning, we shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Insurance: Kleansage professionals maintain appropriate liability insurance coverage. However, clients are encouraged to maintain their insurance coverage for added protection.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee: We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Should you have any concerns regarding the quality of our services, please inform us within 24 hours of completion, and we will promptly address them.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in San Antonio.
